The chicken is GREAT...but the customer server need some help. When i walked into Joella's the two servers that wrre losing a section did indeed speak. They smiled and I was feeling good about that. The young man that took my order was friendly, not smile friendly but, welcoming. My concern was with the young lady who bring me my food... issue. You're bring out the food, im not sure how instrumental she was in preparing it but, demeanor is very important for customers satisfaction!....No napkins were with my other...its chic... read more
Chicken was barely warm. Fries were cold. Asked for them to be reheated but still came back cold. Did receive two free meals for compensation so will try again soon. Chicken tasted really good and was not dried out.
