RecommendedI had been a fan of Joella's amazing food for a while now but they really won me over today when I showed up to get my carryout order and locked my keys in my vehicle. Jeremy, the manager, immediately started helping me to fix the situation, stood in the cold being a good Samaritan, and then made a fresh, hot order for me after it was all over - I can't thank him enough! This is a local business that cares about their customers!

Arrived at 1030pm to order some food however the manager told me after I walked in to the restaurant that they were closed even though the door and website says they are open until 11pm. I have ate at both locations and have always enjoyed it but will not be going back again after this. Attitude is everything and the manager didn’t handle it in a good way.
crispy fries were soggy and food was overpriced. order was incorrect and my 3 kids gave it a 0 out of 10 stars. ended up throwing out most of the food. wasted 34$

1/9/19 around 500pm. Quarter dark. When I took up to the cashier to complain about how red it was she declared it was just a spot and did nothing. Took rest home and later microwaved and red disappeared. Mother got chicken tenders which she also didn't eat because dried out and tough. Her fries also not good, tasted like the oil was old and needed changing. Disappointing. Enjoyed when ate here last time, months ago. Should have stuck with Yankee Noodle.
