RecommendedWe order Joellas to go every Thursday, and my husband picks it up on his way home from work. He is an ER veterinarian, and sometimes he is late picking up the food because of emergencies at work that keep him. Tonight we ordered our food but he couldn’t pick it up until an hour later, and the chicken was unsurprisingly cold when he got there. I don't know what the deal is but the last two times we've been there the food has been subpar. The hot chicken has no spice or flavor other then salt. The kale salad is just soggy chopped kale with parmesan cheese on it. Zero flavor, zest, or character. Joellas needs to take pride in the quality of the product they're putting out if not they'll be closing their doors. Compliment sandwich the ranch is still good though.
