RecommendedAbsolutely love Soraya! Totally fixed my quarantine hair. beautiful color, highlights, cut & style. Great customer service and love that she always starts with looking at my hair and asking what I'm wanting done. Never been disappointed and great conversation too!

Great ladies who own and work here. I have been getting my hair cut by Rosie for many years and have never been disapponited nor turned down for a last minute hair cut! I love this place.
I am very picky when it comes to my hair so I get really nervous whenever anyone does it. I came into Joel Roberts for a full high light and a hair cut. Soraya was my hair stylist and she did a phenomenal job! I am so pleased with how my hair came out and I will definitely be coming back! I highly recommend her and this salon!
My daughter used a Groupon with Soraya and she did a horrible job. She took her 25 minutes after her scheduled appt. She had other clients she was trying to do in between and my daughter hair paid the price. She assured her she could do a great bayalage. We ended up having to pay another salon to fix it. Don’t waste your money on the Groupon. Soraya will talk you out of buying the Groupon and honor that price. So you can’t even complain to Groupon. Terrible experience with Soraya - I do not recommend her. She works on 4 clients at a time and no customer service. I had a groupon for highlight, haircut and style. I never received my haircut and had to have another stylist dry my hair straight so I could get out of there to go to work. Still took 2-1/2 hours and didn't even get a haircut. So I didn't get what I paid for and had to pay $18 extra because they flat ironed my hair in a few places in the front. Extremely unhappy with the experience.

very friendly staff..wouldn't trust my hair to anyone but Soraya!!! She is amazing and very funny!!!
