I just became a new dental patient of Dr. Koch based on a referral of a good friend. Has been a very good experience. The entire staff I interacted with was great including Madison, Rebecca, Jamie, Dr. Koch, and eventually Rachel. I generally do not like going to the dentist but they all made my experience a very good one. Highly recommended.
Established as a new patient today, and I was so impressed! From interacting with the wonderful & friendly staff to meeting Dr. Koch, it was one of the most pleasant trips to the dentist that I have ever experienced!! I'm already looking forward to my six month cleaning.
Whoever answers the phone is incredibly rude, if you are a new patient look somewhere else.
Dr. Koch is one of the best dentists I have ever seen. He is incredibly thorough and takes his time while reviewing your teeth and going over results. All of the front desk is incredibly adept, professional, and courteous. The dental hygienists take their time and are gentle when cleaning. I have never been upsold, and I am in and out in a timely manner.
