Joel helped my parents buy an investment single family home. My parents were very specific in what they were looking but still relied heavily on his expertise and perspectives. Joel is a very knowledgable and helpful agent. While most other agents seem interested in just getting the deal done so that they can get their commission, Joel takes his role as a real estate representative seriously.
