I'm doing one star because that's the lowest possible number. But this office deserves zero. The nurse failed to read patient information for allergies and swiped mom's private area with an something she's highly allergic to. And clueless Joel used the largest possible scope to try to scope mom's bladder. then decided it was impossible with out anesthetic, dilation etc. Mom's 61 and medically complex. Please don’t come here if you have something wrong with you. If you can, drive to better facilities in Jeff City or Columbia. This office is extremely dismissive, unorganized, and would not listen to legitimate concerns. I went elsewhere for a second opinion and they were baffled at how this office treated me. When you’re paying ludicrous amounts of money for medical services, you at least expect to be heard and understood when suffering from something unknown.
