My daughter developed crossed eyes and double vision after having a brain tumor removed. In 2018, Dr. Lall-Trail performed eye surgery on both my eyes to treat eye misalignment (lazy eye). His professionalism and caring demeanor put me at ease through the whole process. He was great with my 2 year old daughter as well were the nurses. Amazing office as well as staff.
We have been coming to this office for years, for both of our kids. Dr. Lall-Trail is wonderful and did eye surgery on my daughter. He is patient, kind, and takes his time explaining any changes to us or the course of treatment. I am also impressed that the office continues to enforce mask wearing. Very happy with our experience here!
We have had four eye surgeries for our daughter. Dr. Lall-trail is yet to get it right. He keeps recommending more surgeries. After doing something wrong four times and not getting it right, to me, means youre pretty bad at it. We are currently looking into other eye doctors who are more competent. Weve also asked for documentation to show any progress and their offices havent sent anything and its been about 3 weeks since they said they would send it.
