Dr. Strom himself is great. Very knowledgeable and caring. But unfortunately, the lady in her office who is in charge of billing is a premadonna who overcharges patients. For example, Dr. Joel did an entire filling for one of my tooth. I have Aetna insurance and my copay was $44. Later I did a "patch" to another filling. It was just a dot that doctor put some filling material. This lady put some wrong coding to my bill and my copay became $150. And when I call them to inquire, she was just very rude and inappropriate. I had ... read more

The office is very clean and offers a serene comforting environment.His hands-on approach really sets him apart from other offices. If a referral is needed , it is a seamless and stress free process . Dr. Strom takes the time to make the referral directly . He really treats his patients like family.
