I’m looking for a new PCP love Dr. Isom, but his staff is horrible…. One of them is definitely rude, can’t remember her name. You can rarely get through on the phone ……it rang for at least an hour.
Front desk associates are EXTREMELY rude! Would probably be a better office if change medical assistants to people who actually care about people’s health care concern, and if a DR was always available instead of having to wait over 2 weeks for insulin to be sent in because the DR is out of office? Do ALOT better.
I love Dr. Isom. He is a great doctor. I’ve been with him for years and he has never let me wrong. He is patient he listens and he explains everything I would recommend To everyone his staff knows me by name I give five stars

My first experience was good with Nurse practitioner names Aubrey? For some reason they scheduled me at camp Creek location... The lab experience was a night mare... Came back today to see if I can get help... De. Travis typical non chalant attitude... I'm already experiencing health concerns... She made Me feel worse.... They say so black business but black people treat black people horrible... I wasted time taking off of work... She was not friendly at All... Had a very witty sarcastic demeanor...
