I was a patient of Dr. Isom for a few years until he got a new nurse. That woman is messy! She deliberately changed my disability information for the worst. So now, I have to find another PCP who's office will not tamper with any changes unless it is decussed with me and we agree to the change. Whatever her name is, she was about to cause strife at my workplace. Although I have not seen Dr. Isom in 2 years, directly, he lost me as a patient.

I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by Dr. Isom's office. The experience was marked by a pattern of ineptitude and unethical practices. First, there was significant incompetence and poor service. I was given false information about what my insurance covers for preventative care, and a prescribed medication was not sent to the pharmacy until a full week later, and only after I called to follow up. I’m looking for a new PCP love Dr. Isom, but his staff is horrible…. One of them is definitely rude, can’t remember her name. You can rarely get through on the phone ……it rang for at least an hour.

Front desk associates are EXTREMELY rude! Would probably be a better office if change medical assistants to people who actually care about people’s health care concern, and if a DR was always available instead of having to wait over 2 weeks for insulin to be sent in because the DR is out of office? Do ALOT better.

I love Dr. Isom. He is a great doctor. I’ve been with him for years and he has never let me wrong. He is patient he listens and he explains everything I would recommend To everyone his staff knows me by name I give five stars
