I contacted this office about home, vehicle and business insurance and got to speak to an actual, lovely human! Laurel was so wonderful to deal with and took the time to explain everything thoroughly and very patiently. She was receptive to my concerns and requests and was professional and efficient, even thinking of issues I had not thought of. I look forward to having someone to call and speak to personally in the future!!
