Called up after hours and had someone at our house in 45 minutes. Problem was quickly solved with time left over to install 2 overhead fans. Great service.
Mike and Danger did a fantastic job relocating our wire box and installing a new vanity light! They were on time, fast, efficient, polite, and reasonably priced—and best of all, they left no mess behind. Despite the name, Danger only brought professionalism and precision. (No hazards here—unless you count how dangerously good their work is!) Highly recommend Mike & Danger with Joel Foy Electrical Service!
Technicians are amazing,professional and courteous. Have used Joel Foy twice in recent past and had great experience.. Recent event has been less than satisfactory. Specifically telephone conversation with estimator for simple job was contentious we were and told to find another electrician. He was rude to my wife when asking for clarification and subsequently rude to me while talking over me. Both my wife and I have been in service oriented business. Excellent electricians! Michael & Jacob did an exceptional job. I recommend. I had a handful of home improvement projects (bathroom exhaust fan, ceiling fan, switches, dimmers, doorbell, outlets, etc.)...they tackled them with professionalism and expertise!
I had a short circuit somewhere, and after exhausting all my troubleshooting options, I was ready to call an electrician. When I contacted @Joel Foy Electrical, I was asked the usual diagnostic questions and then transferred to the Operations Manager, Sam. As we discussed the issue, we discovered that an outdoor receptacle had gotten wet. Sam mentioned that fixing it would incur an after-hours charge.
