Black mold in the room
Do not rent with them. If you do, expect to not get your deposit back. You’ve been warned.
Slumlords. Take forever to fix problems and even then do a shotty job. The worst part is, the management is rude and obnoxious. I can understand being cheap; although the rent isn't, but the attitude is simply unacceptable. If i were the property owners i would come take a look at how they maintain your assets. Ps every positive review here is fake. Go ask any tenant.
Have A2Z with us for 1.5 years, so far we are satisfied. They response phone call and email quickly and do things professionally.
