Joel is truly the best. He actually listens, never rushes, and makes the patient feel safe and understood. From the very first visit he took the time to explain everything clearly and involved me in every decision about my aunt’s treatment. He is kind, patient, and extremely professional. While the man was very nice, I found the overall process quite frustrating. I specifically requested an EKG, and when I followed through with it, Advent Health attempted to call for his fax number, yet he refused to schedule another appointment with me until that information was provided. This has left me feeling extremely confused and dissatisfied. I believe there needs to be a significant improvement in customer care to ensure a smoother experience for patients.
I’ve had only positive meetings with him with gradual improvements. He never dismisses any of my concerns, and goes above and beyond to give me whatever extra help I need. Highly recommend:)
