Joel was our realtor during the COVID-19 epidemic. We had been "ghosted" by another reator and Joel stepped in and exceeded ALL our expectations. He kept in contact with us, had great ideas, and was always helpful to answer questions and make suggestions. He sold our house in five days, DURING the epidemic!
