I uploaded all my data in February. However, I made an error with one document. They did not recognize my mistake until late March. I corrected the error before April 15. However, because they were busy the filed for and extension. For their internal review relating this extension they charged me over $150. Many times when I emailed questions about their lack of response, i was charged. I spoke with Mr. Shaw about their invoice, and he was defensive with no suggestion of any changes.
