I would never deal with Joel Shaw, CPA ever again. He is NOT what he promises to be and to do. I hired Mr. Shaw this year to do my tax returns. He promised to get it done in 2.5-3 weeks, but it took him 5 weeks and I had to remind of myself twice. It appears that he doesn't hire enough tax prepares to handle clients. Then he quoted me one cost but later complained how much money he wasted on my return (that doesn't take more than a day) and that he should have charged me double.
