My first experience at the Keizer Frontier Dermatology, parking lot super small I noticed, and the clinic is as well. My procedure was quick and easy and I was on my way. Staff was very friendly and professional as well.
Dr James and staff were wonderful today, my first visit. They are all professional and attentive. Dr. James is kind and not judgemental, he is respectful and very helpful! 1 star off because I was told to be there at 8:10 & the nurse or assistant took me at 8:45 or something & Dr. James came in at 9:10. Yeeks, I work, people.
Dr Joel was excellent in explaining everything as he went. He was assuring.
Smooth appointment with great customer service. Everything was explained from start to finish and I was entertained by the large touch screen with lots of information.
