The visit was fine, not great, but adequate. The problem started after. I had a whole body check with a concern for a growing "mole" on my back. They removed it and sent it for biopsy, or so I was told. It has been months and I have yet to receive results. They were, however, very aggressive in collecting payment. I guess I just hope I'm not dieing.
Very fun and friendly visit. Everything I asked was answered in terms I could understand.
I had been to 2 other dermatologist out of the area in the recent year but went to Joel and he undoubtedly saved my life. The same thing on my arm had been deemed fine previously, but Joel saw it and it was determined to be malignant skin cancer. Joel is the only person I trust my life with.
All of the staff is amazing here very helpful and always kind and caring. Dr Joel James is absolutely out standing was able to figure out was going on with me. I had been dealing with a very painful thing for a year and a half and he was able to tell me what it was my first visit. I highly recommend Frontier Dermatology I’m absolutely forever so thankful to all of them. I really appreciate you all I can’t thank you enough for. Tammy E
