After two cataract surgeries and a number of regular visits, I am more than happy with Dr Geffin and his staff.
I have been a patient of Dr. Geffin’s for many years. He has always given me the time he is very cooperative as far as explaining things he’s very articulate. He’s a wonderful doctor. I’ve had two surgeries with him and I feel very comfortable and I trust him. The staff is very attentive very courteous knows their job and I was very satisfied. I have always been satisfied with the eyecare group.
The staff was very efficient, courteous and helpful. Dr. Geffin was Thorough, explained everything.
I cannot understand all of the 5 star reviews. Perhaps I met him on an off day. ?? He did not introduce himself. He was dismissive. No information provided when questions were asked. I realize that I wax an elderly patient who had not been financially able to make eye care visits. However, his behavior was unacceptable. He did not permit time for me to request options. I felt invisible. I will not return.
Not a comfortable experience dealing with this doctor. No personality. No opportunity to ask questions.
I found Dr. Geffin and his support staff to be very conscientious, knowledgeable and friendly. The attention to detail in the care of my eyes is much appreciated!! Pre op preparation covered all bases and allowed me ample time to address any questions and concerns.
