Horrible. That is about the only word I have to describe him. My first visit I waited an hour out in the waiting room and then 2 hours in the room. He had an absolute lack of respect for my time. I had to eventually go out into the hall to see if they remembered I was there and the response was "he is busy" I found him in the hall further down talking with a man in the hall, just shooting the bull. HORRIBLE.
