We worked with Joe to sell our long-time home as we were moving abroad, and he was great! He was very practical, clear and thoughtful in his recommendations on what improvements to do (or not do) on the house before selling. He also has a great network of professionals to tap into to assess get things done. Selling while leaving the country brings some complications and some extra stress, but he is very calm and was clear in explaining processes, considerations, and options.
