First off we waited to be seated!!! Then we get seated and no menus or water. Then the waitress who looked like they got her out of a garbage can 30 minutes later with the menus. Then we waited a hour after we order for our food!!! The food was great tho I must say but won’t be going back!
I see a lot of petty complaints and even tho I could mention some of my own they would be common ones for all restaurants!! I love to support black owned businesses!! The food alone will definitely make you want to come again! The drinks are very large and not watered down n very good! I brought my kids 7 and 11 and yes there's no kids menu but who cares most entrées are big enough to share! It's not the best looking but it's in Harvey!! That was the least of my concern! Best sea food & drinks that I have ever had. Everything was fresh, atmosphere very relaxing & the music playing in the background made it that much better. Our waitress Jae she was the best. I will be back often I've finally found my comfort zone restaurant. I hope This place is here to stay!!
I had a great time there!!! Star made me an amazing drink and the food was excellent. The staff was funny and friendly and also welcoming!!! I will definitely be back!!!!
The service was slow and the food was mediocre. I don’t mind gratuity being added, but the customer service should be better in that case.
Our server Lisa was the best. She epitomizes service with a smile. She was attentive, and made us feel valued as customers.The alligator was excellent( the portion was kind of small though).Maybe I should’ve have ordered two. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised.We definitely will be back to check out margarita Tuesday’s.
