I left frustrated and you lost my sale. I understand stores having policies where people can't go beyond a certain point and shoes need to be grabbed by an employee. It was my fault that I did not see the sign. However, I apparently stepped across the invisible line looking at the baby moccasins hanging up on the side as a display (not a good place to keep them if that line can't be crossed by customers) and the lady let me know really fast that we can't go back there if we aren't employees.
