After being a customer for over 20 years, they ignored my request to find a more competitive quote on my auto insurance. I placed my insurance with a new agency and sent this agency (3) emails informing them to NOT RENEW my old policy!!! I even gave them my new policy. They AGAIN ignored me and renewed the old policy and drafted my account!!! TOTAL INCOMPETENCE!!!!
