My house experienced a surge in electricity during one of the recent storms and it fried an outlet in the kitchen. We called Joe Schmo to come check out the outlet and make sure no other electrical damage was done. They provided great service for a fair price. Definitely recommend.
Had an issue with some outlets in our older house. The tech who came out was super nice and got the problems diagnosed and fixed in no time for a more than reasonable price.
Joe Schmo is a great company for electrical services. They exceeded our expectations and worked hard to do everything right. There was one small thing that ended up being unrelated to the initial work performed, but they promptly looked at it and fixed it anyway. That alone deserves five stars. Any company can look great when there are no issues. I have found few companies are great when a potential problem is raised. Joe Schmo definitely deserves your attention when you need any electrical work done.
Driver cut off multiple people on the highway and was driving the work van like a f1 car. I will say their ladder fastening equipment is top notch as I didn’t see them move an inch. I would like to imagine service calls are responded to like jimmy johns, freaky fast!!
Joe Schmo was suggested to us by our realtor so we didn’t think to look for anyone else but I wish we had. Before Joe Schmo came to rehaul our electrical, our garage worked, after they left, it didn’t. When we called to complain and see what happened, they said they forgot to plug in the cord to the garage, but that didn’t fix the problem and now our garage door won’t close and we now we need to pay more and have another company come out to fix what they broke.
