We were stuck in the parking lot for 4 hours (from 6 PM to 10 PM) on 10/11 because the automatic payment gate at the exit was broken. The customer service was completely useless, and they still charged us the parking fee after this horrible experience. Absolutely the worst parking experience of my life.
Whoever the Security Guard is working at 10 PM August 17 is super unhelpful and likes to pick fights. I don’t know why you would want to hire a guy like this.

Parked at Joe's Little Tokyo structure on 350 E. 2nd Street, there 50min for $15! Worst part is parking attendant pointed us into a front row spot, smiling sharing we're VIP, wife spoke to him in Spanish and he said, no pls park here, we were super grateful and I thought well I'm going to tip this man when we leave. Once ready to leave he wouldn't allow us out since he shares we owe him a tip!!!
