I've had the pleasure of getting to work him with several times and just when you think the process couldn't get smoother or more efficient, it does. He is always willing to help and keep everyone on the transaction updated which helps tremendously as changes may arise with inspections, repairs, amendments, etc. Anyone wanting to work with Joe will be satisfied and super content with a job very well done!
