I was admitted into the hospital from the ER for unexplained anaphylaxis shock. I was in no condition to choose which doctors at the hospital I saw and which I sent away. Turns out as a normal consult Dr. Cannon is not covered under my insurance. As an emergency room admit, however, he would be. My insurance explained this to his office, as did I. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I went in to see Dr. Cannon for acne...I had huge cystic pimples all over my face and I knew this because my sister is an aesthetician but she lives in another town and cannot always help me. Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile
They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They are an absolute expert in the field.
