I talked with Feyi and he was amazing. Didn't rush me and explained the different features available on my policy. He had called and left a message and I called back. I am very pleased with the amount of premium that I pay for my commercial insurance, I looked all over for commercial insurance and I got ridiculous prices . I assume allstate would be outrageous as well and boy was I wrong. It was not just the most reasonable price given but BEST price . Great service
So I was in a very tight spot yesterday, and in that spot I made the choice to call Joe's office. I got Austin as my Rep. He is a wonderful person! I explained my situation to him, and even though I lost cellphone service during the call with him, he worked in the background until I got service again to call back. When we reconnected he got me signed up for a great deal, and I was absolutely thrilled! Thank you so much Austin and you as well Joe! I love your team so much.
Had a visit with Austin Fontenot at Joe’s office who helped combine my husband and I’s policies. Austin took time to explain the details of it, our savings, and offer us information for different life policies. Austin really simplified the differences between the different policies and helped us understand what could be best for us and our situation. I’m thankful to have a great agent and office to help us with all our insurance needs and recommend them for everyone!
