Carole Ordini at Joe Ordini Pools Delivers on Customer Service!! I love Joe Ordini Pools. I bought a pool cover last week and when I installed it I realized I bought the wrong size. I was able to get the cover on the pool but I knew it would not hold up through the winter. I went back to Joe Ordini's and spoke to Carole, who I found out is the daughter of the late Joe Ordini. Attitude Ordini's is a good place to get your pool supplies. However, God forbid you don't know (or have not read) their policy regarding credit card minimum. They act as though the world is coming to an end!! If there is any kind kind of medicine for "Attitude Problem", bring it with you. You might want to give it to them before you get to the register.
Vast Improvement This store has gone through many changes in the past 2 years. Carole, who now runs the place, has done wonders with improving customer service and customer satisfaction. The store has ample supplies of pools and current parts, the associates are wonderfully helpful, the store is bright and welcoming. The late Joe and Wilma would be very proud with what their daughter has done. Bravo! P.S. The prices and the 3.5% Sales Tax are appealing as well.
Joe Ordini's Joe Ordini's sucks big time. Bunch of Guidos running the store. All they want to do is sell you a pool. Zero replacement parts because no matter what the problem is, the company no longer makes that pool or the company is out of business, yada, yada, yada. They should say that when you call. Instead they insist you come in with the part you want to replace, Once you're there, the part you need is no longer made, yada, yada, yada.
THE place for pool supplies Joe Ordini's has been in business for decades. Although I wouldn't travel to their store for just for my basic chlorine needs, this is the only place I would go to replace my pool filter. They have, by far, the most reasonable prices around! Plus, the staff is super friendly and helpful.
Great Service, Best Prices, LOW TAXES, Very helpful. Having shopped around for quite awhile trying to find the best pool and the best prices, my search ended at Joe Ordini's. They had the best prices of anyone, were extremely knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They have been in business 60 years so its very clear that they must be doing something right.
