Joe Neubert Collision did a wonderful job with my Jeep that had front end damage, and were even done quicker than I was quoted! The detail job was excellent as well- the carpet stains caused by a spill during my wreck were totally gone and my Jeep looks brand new! Great service!
Been doing business with them for years. Always easy to work with and gets the job done when promised. These people that have older cars expect the paint to match their faded out color is unrealistic. All body shops use hammers you idiot. Would recommend them to anyone.
Horrible horrible customer service.
They turned a simple fender bender into a botched repair nightmare. A repair that should have taken a week took six weeks and my car is still not fixed . I also have additional problems I did not have when I took it in... They behaved unprofessionally , disrespectfully and took responsibility for nothing... If you cannot avoid going there,protect yourself by taking photos and video of every detail of your car inside and out before leaving it with them.
