If you work with joe around an insurance claim triple check his bid, and make it 100% clear that he will agree to the work for the bid price. Or you’ll end up like me without a master bathroom for 3 months now and a new bid double the amount he told me that he would do the work for. I feel scammed, don’t let this happen to you.
As part of a repaint and new gutter project, we wanted to repair some damage cedar siding. We had a carpenter cancel on us as we communicated his final arrival timing. We had scheduled for our siding material to arrive, then painted, then the carpenter was to install, closely followed by the painter's schedule.
