Sold vehicle out from under me the night before even though they confirmed availability day of… put us in another vehicle with electrical issues and didn’t really know much about inventory. Felt a bit shady. Would not recommend.
I only dealt with the sales person online as the car got sold before I could get in to look at it. He notified me when the car had a buyer with a down payment then again when it sold .
Unbelievable. The sales manager is a man of no integrity or ethics. I had a deal with my sales person. Deposit paid, financing in place, transport paid for because I live out of state from the dealership. this was on Friday night and my sales person said we could finish up the paperwork in the morning. Saturday morning she calls me crying and tells me her sales manager sold the car out from under me that morning.
Very quick and competent contact.
They contacted quickly
Communication with Chris was straight forward. Provided information and interesting addition information for our. decision
Excellent experience from the initial questions, to visit, to purchase.
Responded quickly and was very helpful. Ended up finding a vehicle closer to home, but would not hesitate to go with them if a future opportunity presents itself.
Very nice salesman and easy to deal with.
