Salesman (Eric) was extremely helpful and patient. He came through with everything that I asked for. Unfortunately I can't say the same for the dealership. Made a reasonable offer and never heard back. The next day I received a message from CarGurus that the car had sold. If Eric was not evolved with the transaction he definitely deserved a commission.
