It took two weeks and finally I had to say something to my sales person (because I was about to lease another truck), that I wasn't getting the loaner that one was made available. 0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend Scammed out of an additional $268.00 for a dead battery that was their fault. 1.5 Star : Repair Quality The guys there did not do their due diligence.. I needed up having to pay $268.00 for a $129.00 battery because they took my doors off to replace them and let the battery run till it was dead. They did not even offer to recharge it for me.
