Joe was very professional and showed integrity when providing an estimate. I had many questions and he answered all of them which made me feel reassured. He was also very knowledgeable and patient. They gave a very competitive quote for a complete reroofing. They started the job almost immediately after I agreed to the contract. The workmanship is excellent
My roof was in. pretty bad shape from a prior repair from a a company that I now realize is incompetent . After working with John Lynn , all the various repairs , the many companies that we’ve gone thru for issues big and small - they all now seem subpar! John Linn will not just do a perfect job - but he will do it efficiently and within the time with no surprises or sudden extra cost.
Terrible customer service. Fails to return call, fails to keep appointments. Jason is very unprofessional and I would not hire them or trust them with your home's roof.
I used Joe for my roof inspection for a house I am buying. He was quick to get to the residence even though roofers are incredibly busy after the rainy season, himself included! He was able to get a quote to me by next day. Will definitely be working with him again.
