Bought wedding band and engagement ring a couple of years ago. Purchased insurance on both rings. Have lost diamonds out of band and prongs have bent multiple times on engagement ring was told because I wore it to bed and my sheets did it. i have not misused my ring in anyway they charged me to repair the prongs highly disappointed
I came to Kassab for my engagement ring design based on my parent's excellent service they received here before. I always had a dream of a certain ring I saw on Pinterest and really hoped a jeweler could make this dream come true. Not only did Kassab (in Clackamas) meet my expectations in design, but they matched the budget my then fiance (now husband) had in mind. The owner and brilliant staff are so amazing and deliver customer service on a whole level. If I had to rate them from a 1-10 I'd give a 1000 because they go above and beyond and honestly go far far beyond. I can't thank you guys enough.
I am very satisfied with my experience here. I came in with my wedding set that I didn’t buy here and I wanted it resized same day. Not only did I not have to wait the two weeks other places quoted me for, I got my set under two hours. The ladies also helped me in getting me sized correctly since I was unsure how a set was suppose to fit on me. We will definitely be coming back here for future purchases/resizing. Thank you so much!
