DONT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! – I am so disappointed with this company. They will say anything to get you to sign the lease, including misrepresenting the place and making assurances that when you move in that everything will be clean and ready. Our place had many repair issues when we moved in and after notifying them we were told (after weeks of waiting to hear back) that unfortunately they would not be able to repair any of it. Probably Pass on This One. – These people also manage rental property, or try to. It would seem their interest is only in charging beyond what the market calls for in a particular area, and feed on the unsuspecting, inexperienced, vulnerable, and "new" in town home buyers and renters. I witnessed their sales team telling potential renters about conditions in a apartment building they represent, the area it was located in , and failing to disclose obvious needed renter information that would not be favorable to anyone moving ... read more
