We took our Jeep Cherokee recently and were originally amazed by their amazing work and timely service. Customer service is also a plus. HOWEVER, today I was getting an oil change out of state since we have moved and the technician found paperwork in a plastic sleeve that was left under the car and had been burning. I have already called and spoke with Mr. Gordon, however, the whole situation left me feeling very uneasy. As I was told it could have easily started a fire.
This is the second time my car has been hit and both times I chose Joe Hudson in Enterprise and all I can say is they did a phenomenal job both times! They have a friendly staff who makes sure you are informed on what is going on with your vehicle and do a fantastic job on the vehicle itself. I will definitely continue to use them
Wow. What speedy knowledgeable staff. Curtious, caring, and not to mention extreme professionalism. I was very impressed with their customer service. In the event something happens I WILL use Joe Hudson again. Thank you very much.
