We had a wonderful experience start to finish! Angie at the front desk was so sweet and kept us informed almost daily about the progress of our vehicle. We got our vehicle back quickly, the work was excellent, the even detailed it before we picked it up and they were up front about all charges/repairs/timelines. John does a great job of making sure the whole process was smooth and fast. The smoothness of having our rental available right there was also great. Cannot day enough good things about them!
I had repairs done, and after getting back my truck was dirty inside and out. Apparently when they sanded the vehicle, they had taken out back window and did not cover it. Paint overspray was left on the vehicle and when washing it, the power washer removed some of the vehicle paint. I filled out the resolution form and no one had bother contacting me back.
Fixed it in a few days and detailed it! Very nice people!

i have never had any car that i owned put into a body shop before but with Joe Hudson's Collision Centers. i thought the same old drop it off & ill get a call whenever its done. No! They respect their customers property, i got phone calls from them telling me whats goin on with my car. I recieved text msgs telling me what part of the repair process my car was going through & what team had my car. I would highly recommend Joe Hudson's Collision Centers to anybody & i know where ill be taking my car again to get fixed.
They keep you informed through out the entire repair process. The staff is friendly. John the manager was professional and friendly. Great repair to the car.

The work they did was spot on. My truck looks just like it did when I drove it off of the lot. Very very pleased with the quality of work!!!
I recently had a car repaired here and was very impressed with their customer service. I received many emails updating me with what was going on with my car. I got it repaired in a few hours and they completely cleaned my car inside and out, which was a nice surprise. I would definitely use them again.
