First they tried to give me back a car with a bumper that didn’t fit claiming it was fixed. This was after an original delay with no explanation. Finally got my car back after 18 days. They told me they would pay for the extra insurance on my rental and then apparently changed their mind and told the rental company they were only covering whatever and I ended up being charged way more than I should have.
