Called on a Monday morning for septic service. Scheduled the appointment for Tuesday. Was told I would receive a call in the afternoon for an approximate time after the guys got back. At 4:30 I called, 10 minutes before the office is scheduled to close according to their website, no awnser. I left a voice mail. I called back Tuesday morning I was told they would be there later in the afternoon. No call no show. A waste of time. I called them on Monday for an appointment. They said they would call Tuesday with appointment but never called me back. Wednesday I called back. They said he was leaving to dump his truck and he's on his way. Long story short...no show all day, waited at home for 9 hours. I called them 4 times that day and they kept saying they were coming until after 4pm when they quit answering the phone. A few years back, this company was contracted to demo a house that belonged to one of my customers in which I provided a dumpster for their residential trash removal. Upon arriving to retrieve my dumpster as service was no longer needed, one of the crew members asked if I needed help moving the dumpster with their excavator with thumb attachment and they had moved it prior to arrival. I wish i could give more stars. Jeff and the whole team have been great. We did an entirely new system at our house. I had contacted several contractors over the years to get this replaced and Jeff was the only one that would take it on. My only mistake was not calling them 1st. The amount of work that was done and digging in my yard looks great even after all of that. Jeff and his team went above and beyond to get this done.
