I’ve purchased 5 vehicles over the years from Joe Hall Ford. I have always been treated respectfully and they have always made the purchase smooth and comfortable. I recently had recall work done on my 2022 Ford Mustang. The service department is clean and professional and easy to work with. I’d highly recommend Jerry Mitchell for any vehicle purchase needs and service department needs to contact Mackenzie Brown. They both represent Joe Hall Ford to the highest level.
If you need something done dont go to joe hall ford in lewiston. Their technicians dont know what they're doing nor do they want to actually do anything. Went in for an oil consumption issue with my 2019 ford f150 and they act like there's nothing actually happening with it. Although I told them I had to add 6 quarts of oil between the last oil change. Called to speak with the manager and seemed like he could care less either.
