My husband was using Joe Gonzales when we married in 2007, so we bundled all our insurance policies with Joe and have been loyal ever since. This is an update: I've been a customer of Joe's for over 20 years. The last two times I have called with questions, no one has returned my calls. I guess loyal customers are on their own. Joe has called me personally several times to make sure my service is up to par. I haven't had any difficulty with them since. I wish they were better at paying claims. However, that's not the agents nor the staffs fault.
