Joe and his associates stepped up and offered to help us through a very tough transition: selling our parents' house. Despite issues with the title, and questions about a recent Solar company bankruptcy, Joe, his associates and New Dawn Transactions, the escrow company, stood with us and helped us navigate the very complicated world of real estate sales. We would not have been able to make it through this time without him. He is extremely knowledgeable and patient, and helped us through the entire process.

I’d like to start this review by saying how hard is to find the right house for the right price and the area that you want, or sell /trust the right agent. I’ve done this before and it’s easier said then done. Now for the review, this guy Joe F Hernandez is the real deal. This is the second house he helps me with, needless to say, I wouldn’t use any other realtor in all of San Diego County.
