Joe and his associates stepped up and offered to help us through a very tough transition: selling our parents' house. Despite issues with the title, and questions about a recent Solar company bankruptcy, Joe, his associates and New Dawn Transactions, the escrow company, stood with us and helped us navigate the very complicated world of real estate sales.
