From sales to install, Joe East was great. Guy was able to get me a great estimate and made sure I was taken care of on the weekend and Keaton and Seth did a phenomenal job installing a new unit. They were very professional, personable and, made sure all my questions were answered before leaving.

I did not want to leave a bad review before allowing the company to make things right, which they did not. We had a technician (John) come out and repair out AC. We paid him in cash, he emailed a receipt, and then went to his van for about 10 minutes. Stepped out of the van, walked around to the passenger side, put something in the glove compartment, shut it, then came back up to me and my family and said we had given him $220 less than what we had.
