Recently called for service on our upstairs unit that was leaking, granted our unit has been under service contract with Joe East for years. The tech took one look in our attic, states the unit was installed improperly and he could not repair the leak. He promised a call back from his supervisor to help with the problem. I've been with Joe East for almost 4 years now and cannot say enough about their professionalism. This last technician went above and beyond and even helped my wife find her ring that fell into the vent. Thank you Joe East!

The service agreement I have with Joe East that calls for 2 visits a year is some of the best money I spend each year. The technicians catch a lot of issues before they become a catastrophic problem and are normally able to give me a heads up when it's time to replace a unit before it goes out. I've been a customer for 25 years now.
