Horrible Experience, Orthopedic Doctor showed no empathy especially working in the pediatric field . Took my son there to have his broken hand casted will never go there again . Staff and Office Manager is at another level of incompetence. Assistant Nurse practitioner had his first cast ordered removed the nurse had no idea what she was doing they also operated with a faulty equipment that was overheating and was hurting my son hand in the process and even burned him hand . **Calls several times between 8am - 9:30am** Voice prompt answers, listens to same message over and over and over only to hear, ‘This office is closed, we are open Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm.’ Guess they’re open, but don’t take calls??? Extremely frustrating when you have a child in pain and discomfort. Even more disappointing to come from such a reputable organization. If I could give 0 stars for not even being able to access a provider, I would have.

So far, I am not impressed. The phones never pick up and they have to call you back ("don't call us, we call you" mentality). The lady returning my phone call was rude and had the attitude she was doing me a "favor". People need to be THANKFUL they have a job: talking on the phone with patients, is part of it.
