I made an appointment for routine cleaning and exam. Dr.Ditterline did a perio cleaning that I specifically told him NOT to do. It was NOT covered by my insurance as I told him beforehand. He acknowledged that I hadn’t met the waiting period for Delta Dental to cover perio, but then he did the periodontic cleaning anyway and made me pay $232.00 before I left the office. My insurance denied the claim of course and my free cleaning cost me $232.00 thanks to Dr.Ditterline. He took advantage of a senior citizen.

I have been a patient of Ditterline dental for about a year now. The office is spotless and the service is Out Standing ! They take Great Care of the patients with a real concern for your dental needs. Just recently I had my bridge fall out, even though the office was closed. I was bought in for a emergency visit and taken care of. Thank you so much for the Great attention taken to treat my issue. Vince Faiella

My husband and I have been going to Dr Ditterline for 10 years now. We have been very pleased with the service we get. Staff is very friendly and are always willing to work with your schedule. Would recommend to anyone looking for a dentist.
