Trash. Crooked salesman, lousy customer service, nothing but lies the whole time. For the prices of these vehicles, I’ll do business with Mercedes Benz, where they know how to treat a customer.
Horrible and very rude customer service from Sales Manager Robert Ashley. Isaac also dragged out the issue like he was not concerned about customer satisfaction. Very very bad business! We just purchased a 54k Ford Explorer Limited and within 2 weeks it was leaking from the sunroof lights and glove box to the point where the entire glove box was filling up with water. Sarah is seven months pregnant and a registered nurse. With all the issues surrounding COVID-19 going on, you would think they would not have treated her this poorly. They knew they were selling her this faulty vehicle. Even if they didn’t know, the rude and non-challenge response was extremely unprofessional. These people disgust me.

I am a ford/Lincoln service advisor at a dealership in Arizona and while traveling across country my daughters car broke down at the the chik fil a parking lot right next door to your dealership and when I called for assistance I was told they didn’t have the time! I am just so disappointed in how I was treated...not only as a customer but as another ford employee....on top of being an out of state traveler needing help! Very disappointing!!! But no worries I found another local dealership to help us!!!

I've always had smooth transactions with Joe Cooper Ford in Yukon. Know what you want and what price you want when you go in. Stick to it! I've always gotten the payment I was looking for if not right on the dollar, within 5 or 10 bucks! I buy about every 3 to 4 years and will buy here again!!!! Although it may be sooner because of the new Bronco!!!
