After getting the run around about a vehicle they supposedly had and we were interested in purchasing we took our business elsewhere. When we got to the dealership we were told that vehicle would take 20 minutes since it was in Edmond, after 2 hours of test driving other vehicles and sitting in an office we were told we couldn't see the vehicle until Monday (today) and even today it hadn't shown up by the time we were told. We ended up wasting a total of 6 hours Saturday and walked away today. The experience ruined it for us... read more

Bought a car there yesterday and was very happy with them. Trev was a great salesman, didn't rush us and was very knowledgeable. Afterwards they sent someone to follow us home to get the title on the car we traded in so we didn't have to bring it back on Monday. No big deal oh yes it was because we live 100 miles away! After my husband and I went to multiple different dealerships and had bad experiences at a couple of them, we finally landed at Joe Cooper in Yukon. Our sales consultant, Tim McDaniel, was the complete opposite of your "typical" car salesman. He didn't pressure us at any point in the sales process and we actually enjoyed the experience.
