I️ LOVED my car buying experience with Joe Cooper a few months ago. However, my Ford Escape has a recall and I’ve tried multiple times to get it into their service for repair and every service representative has been unhelpful and I’m still driving my family around in a car with a seatbelt latch recall.

I would highly recommend Joe Cooper in Yukon. I did our entire deal through text with Kirstin Cutter and she was awesome. She gave us the most for our trade and the best deal on the new Explorer as well. She offered the best overall deal out of the 10-12 dealerships I interacted with and there was no back and forth haggling. My sales person Tim McDaniel was great. He listened to what i wanted and got the car i wanted. I was very happy with everything.
It took them 7 hours to get done an alignment on my truck and they still didnt get it done, I asked the manager to bring back my truck because I wasn’t gonna wait forever, when I got my truck back, they messed up my steering wheel,,, very very poor service and I am never coming back!!!
We came in today and met with Kristin Cutter.. I can not express how amazing, professional, awesome she was!!! Highly highly recommend her. Best sales person ever!!! She helped us get not just one car but 2. Never pushy. Listened to our needs and wants and got us just that!! Thank you thank you.
