Joe helped us in the purchase of our new home in 3 1/2 years ago as well as helping us through the process of renting out our previous home. Joe Collins sold our last home when the real estate market had bottomed out, and did it in a very short period of time. He was very specific about what we needed to do to prepare our house for selling, and marketed it in multiple arenas. He kept us up to date on the progress, and kept us informed of commentary after showings. Joe is very dedicated and hard-working, has great communication skills and has excellent knowledge of both the real estate market and the processes of selling homes.
